Food & Bev Interest Form

  1. Please complete the form with the dates your company is interested in participating as a vendor.
  2. Please note, completing the form does not guarantee your space at an event. Official notification and agreements will follow.
  3. Please only select dates you are available. Other events may come up throughout the year and we will draw from this list for available vendors.

Fishers Parks will be reinstating the 10% of total revenue fee at each event you are participating in. This year we will be using our new payment portal program, Amilia. After each event, a staff member will come around and collect totals and you will be invoiced through Amilia the following week. Please follow the link below to create an Amilia account.

Are you able to provide food or beverage with a less than 24 hour notice?*

Sometimes vendors have to pull out of an event for different reasons last minute. (Can be with a limited menu or not your usual menu)
