Dean's request letter*

This letter, from the dean or their designee, addressed to the provost, should detail the CIP code change rationale. Where curricular change has prompted the request please indicate as such and the broad nature of the change.

Please note, when requesting a STEM CIP identify which courses are STEM, regardless of whether curricular change informs this request. They should represent at least 50% of the program's requirements.
