Public Appearance Request Form

Thank you for requesting the Mayor or Wichita City Council Member to speak at your event. To assist in coordinating their appearance, please complete this form by the requested deadline. The form must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the event. Please call 268-4331 to confirm that your request has been received.

City Council schedules are very busy on Tuesday's so please do not select a Tuesday to meet with them. Also, please provide 3-4 weeks before the event.
