Jefferson County (AL)

Renunciation

Requests for Jay Greene Administrator NOT to serve/Not automatic

This form is to ask the Jefferson County General Administrator to NOT serve as the personal representative. This is a request for Jay Greene to renounce their priority right to serve as Personal Representative in the below-referenced estate. In assessing this request, the Administrator will need additional information from you in order to consider your request. Please complete the form below to assist them in their review.

Please Note: This form needs to be completed in one session and does not save, please have complete information when completing.

Please only list none or unknown if the field is immaterial to your estate. The administrator will require further information if all material information known about the estate is not supplied in the first renunciation request, which can lead to additional delays for the estate and your office. Intentional submission of incomplete and inaccurate information can result in delays to this and future submissions of the attorney submitter.

As the County Administrator is to keep a record of all official actions, renunciation requests are processed through this online form, unless you need disability accommodations. If you require disability accommodations when completing this form, please contact my office directly at administrator@greenelawfirm.com.

The Administrator's Office will work to process your request in an expeditious process, but no guarantee is made on the timing of renunciation requests by the Administrator. Renunciation requests will be reviewed no less often than bi-weekly. Decisions by the Administrator will automatically generate a response back to your office email on the granting or denial of your renunciation request.
