Opening Duty List - Bar/Service
Switch on the HVAC unit
Switch on the coffee machine and ensure that milk is filled
Switch on the lights to a suitable level
Fill the ice well with cubes and the steel container with crushed ice
Rinse the guinness nozzles and screw onto the guinness taps. Remove the fly guards from the other taps.
Pour a 0.3ltr glass from each tap to ensure that no stale beer is served
Go to the keg fridge to get the green crates with juices and into the food fridge to get your fruits required.
Set-up your juices in the dedicated areas beside the ice wells
Ensure you have enough till rolls behind the bar (spares are kept upstairs in the organ room).
Ensure your bar counter is clean and set-up with beer mats and QR code menus.
Ensure that all tables are setup with beer mats, candles and QR code menu cards.
Ensure that the service stations are fully stocked with condiments, cutlery mugs & beer mats.
Switch on the main power for the terrace which is located beside the stage. The box is labelled "Terrace Power" and the switch is named "Hauptschalter/Terrace Switch".
Set-up the upper terrace with the cushions.

If needed, switch on the heaters but only 15 minutes before service. The heaters are switched on from the main power for the terrace which is located behind the stage.
Please ensure that the toilets are clean and tidy.
Please sure that the cubicles are clean and check that toilet paper has been restocked.
Ensure the soap dispensers are full.
Check the reservations for the day and allocate tables if necessary
Check and familarize yourself with the fixtures for the day
Start the business day on the main till and bring up the till/purses.
Switch on all TVs and laser screen, initially to our in house adverts.
Switch on Spotify on the iPad behind the bar and select a suitable playlist.
Use the Extron software on the iPad while walking around the venue to adjust sound levels for each area.
