Please make sure you have submitted your online DBS application before getting in touch for a verification. If you have not already completed this step please contact your Club Welfare Officer or log in to https://fadv.onlinedisclosures.co.uk/Authentication/Login with the details provided by the County FA to initiate your check.

Once submitted you will receive automatic emails with details for upcoming verification sessions at your preferred location/s.
