Oktoberfest Applications

Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at Addison Oktoberfest. All exhibitors are required to submit an application to be considered for event participation.


Submission of the exhibitor application does not guarantee acceptance. Exhibitors will be notified in writing confirming the selection or denial of an application. Payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

Exhibitor Selection Process

All applications will be reviewed by a festival committee, to include industry experts, based on the photos submitted. Be sure to include a photo of your booth set-up as it is a decisive factor in the selection process. Please include high-quality images for possible use with event promotional materials. In addition, the committee will consider the type of work for variety and event appropriateness. Notification of acceptance will be made on June 13, 2025. No advance notification of acceptance will be provided via phone or email.
