This form is to be used by students who need assistance from the Office of Field Engagement to secure a placement for:

  1. Field-based assignments in certain courses, such as EDC 210, EDC 315, EDC 325, EDC 345, EDC 361, EDC 362, EDC 415, EDC 795A/B/C, EDS 390, EDS 410, EDS 420, EDS 424, EDS 429, EDC 526C/527CE, EDS 810, EDS 824, EDS 829, EDS 860, EDU 790, EDU 801, EDU 990E, EEC 105, EEC 205, EEC 250, or EEC 308/808 . *This is not the form to submit if you are seeking a pre-practicum or practicum placement*
  2. Internships for 4+1 Secondary Specialist students (spring semester following practicum only)

This is for students enrolled in EDC 210, EDC 315, EDC 325, EDC 345, EDC 361, EDC 362, EDC 415, EDC 795A/B/C, EDS 390, EDS 410, EDS 420, EDS 424, EDS 429, EDC 526C/527CE, EDS 810, EDS 824, EDS 829, EDS 860, EDU 790, EDU 801, EDU 990E, EEC 105, EEC 205, EEC 250, or EEC 308/808 and need a placement to complete required field-based assignments.
