Vendor Information:
Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee selection to participate in this year’s St. Paul Rodeo. While we appreciate the interest of all applicants, vendor spaces are limited, and our selection process is competitive.
Selected vendors will be notified via email, confirming their acceptance. This email will include formal contract agreements with the St. Paul Rodeo, and for food and beverage vendors, a contract with Swire Coca-Cola.
Returning vendors will receive preference in our selection process; however, they are still not guaranteed selection by simply submitting this application. New vendors are also welcome to apply and will be vetted based on the information provided in their submissions.
Due to potential changes in our event layout, custom space accommodations and pricing offered in previous years may not be available this year. Vendors who previously received custom arrangements will be contacted directly if these changes impact their setup for the event.
Food vendors are responsible for meeting all state and county requirements, including obtaining permits from the Marion County Health Department and adhering to safety guidelines set by the Oregon State Fire Marshal. Compliance with these requirements is essential for participation in the St. Paul Rodeo and must be completed prior to the event.
