Event Planning Pre-Approval Form
READ FIRST:
The individual submitting this request must be the Person of Contact (POC) for this event. Please submit this event pre-approval form at least three weeks before the event date for ALL events for which you plan to use club funds.

- Quick Notes:
- The spending cap is $65/pp for all
- If alcohol is served, the event cannot exceed 5 hours, and food must be provided. A signed alcohol rider and COI must also be in place.
- For lunch time or evening events taking place in The Global Hub, your room confirmation in RES will serve as your event approval. You do not need to fill out this form for events inside the Global Hub unless it involves contracted services such as DJs, photographers, etc.
NOTE: The approval time can take up to 4 weeks if the vendor is NOT pre-contracted. Payment will follow only after the vendor has been contracted and approved. The final payment is net 30.
