*IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ*

If you will be the Official Federation Coach representing your country, and would like to request full hospitality (housing & meals) for the duration of the tournament, please fill out and submit the form below.

Full hospitality will include:

King size bed hotel room at the IMG Academy Legacy Hotel.
Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included during designated meal times at the Campus Center Servery.

If you will be staying in off-site accommodations and would like to request meals only, please bring a copy of your signed Federation Coach letter to check in on Sunday, December 1, 2024, to receive information on how to receive your meal vouchers throughout the week.

NOTE: The tournament will NOT cover the cost of your off-site accommodations. Hospitality will begin on, or anytime after, December 1, 2024.
