Work Conditions

Work Schedule: 5 working days per week, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (onsite 20% / remote 80%*)

Contract: Full-time, minimum of 2 years, official (with TIN number)

Major Duties


  • Work closely with product team to stay updated on product features, updates, and launches.


  • Collaborate with business development and sales teams to ensure that tech content and social media strategies align with broader promotional and sales goals.


  • Video Content Creation: Develop and produce video content for software product promotions, tutorials, and podcast episodes. This includes scripting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production editing.


  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, style, and messaging while highlighting the unique value propositions of our software products.


  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create a content calendar and develop strategies for video content that align with marketing goals and brand messaging.


  • Editing and Post-Production: Use Camtasia and other editing software to edit video footage, add effects, and ensure the final product is polished and aligns with brand standards.


  • Scriptwriting and Storyboarding: Write compelling scripts for video content and create storyboards to guide production, ensuring clarity of message and engagement with the target audience.


  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor video performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content. Provide regular reports on content engagement and effectiveness.


 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

Competence

 

Expertise in using Camtasia and other video editing tools is essential for producing high-quality video content.

 

Ability to write clear, persuasive, and original scripts and video content that resonate with the target audience.

 

A strong creative vision and storytelling skills to produce engaging and informative videos that capture audience attention.

 

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation or social media optimization. This shows the candidate is abreast with the latest tech tools that can enhance content strategy.

 

Proficiency in managing and optimizing various social media platforms to promote tech products effectively, while also engaging and growing the software-oriented audience.

 

Expertise in optimizing content for search engines, especially within the tech domain. This ensures the content reaches a larger audience and drives organic traffic.
