The Tampa Bay Estuary Program's (TBEP) Community Advisory Committee (CAC) was established to provide guidance and advice to the TBEP Management and Policy Boards on the conduct of the Program and promote public awareness of TBEP issues and goals. It consists of community members residing in the Tampa Bay watershed who are knowledgeable and/or interested in Tampa Bay issues and act as “Community Ambassadors” for the bay.
