Complimentary Ticket Request Form
All Mason Arts faculty and staff may enjoy up to 12 complimentary tickets per academic year/performance season for performances at the Center for the Arts venues (Concert Hall, Harris Theatre, and TheaterSpace) or at the Hylton Performing Arts Center venues (Merchant Hall, Gregory Family Theater, and Jacquemin Family Foundation Rehearsal Hall).
Faculty/staff may request tickets beginning two Tuesdays before the performance for which they are requesting tickets. To reserve your complimentary tickets, please submit your request using the form below. Please submit one form per performance.
Tickets can be emailed to you or held at the Will Call window for pick-up, beginning two hours prior to events in the Concert Hall or Merchant Hall and one hour prior to events in other venues. Please note that some performances may have limited availability or seating options.
After your request is filled, you will receive a confirmation email from Smartsheet Automation (automation@app.smartsheet.com).

Please provide the first and last name of the person picking up the tickets from Will Call.
Please indicate if anyone in your party requires accessibility accommodations. Accessible seating is available on a first come, first served basis, but advance notice is appreciated.
Please include the date and time of the performance for which the service is needed.
