Digital Signage Submission Form

Digital signage is a cost-effective and sustainable way to spread the word about your organization or event.


Digital signage should be error-free, appropriately branded, and uploaded one week prior to desired start date. All digital signs are subject to the prices, policies, and design specifications outlined here.

External Vendor/Community Group:$100 (two weeks)

WSU Departments: $135 (two weeks)

External Vendor/Community Group:$300 (two weeks)

Required image size is 1920x1080. Images must be formatted as a jpg or jpeg.
