2022 Family Caregiver Contest

Nominate a caregiver for the chance to win a summer fun gift package including an outdoor blanket, Yeti tumbler, and Visa gift card. If you are a family caregiver, you may nominate yourself. In fact, we encourage it! Nominations are due Sunday, July 31. Ten caregivers will be selected at random on Monday, August 1 and notified by email.

Eligibility: To be eligible for one of the prizes, nominees must be 18 years or older at the time of the drawing. They must be caregivers who support a loved one at home.
