LWTech School Work/ Art Work Release Form

By filling out this form, I authorize Lake Washington Institute of Technology or its contracted agents to use my student school work, art work, and/or digital files for use in college publications, advertisements, marketing materials, posting to the website, display on LWTech campus large-screen monitors, social media, or releases to the public press. The school work/ art work and digital files may be displayed in other venues or on other college campuses. This authorization is valid for any of my student school work, produced in any class at LWTech. I understand that I will not be compensated for reproduction of either my school work/ artwork or testimony.
