**Please note: as of May 1, 2025, VACS is putting a temporary hold on the review of new proposals submitted by external investigators. Thank you for your interest in collaborating with VACS. Once you have submitted your concept sheet, VACS research leadership will review for feasibility before distributing to the relevant VACS Core or Workgroup for full review and approval. If approved by the workgroup/core, the chairs of the committee will continue to work with you on developing the project proposal and methods, analysis, and manuscript review.
If this is your first time submitting a proposal and you'd like to connect with a team member to learn more, or if you have any problems submitting your proposal, please email vacs@yale.edu for help.
New to VACS? Please view this 3 minute overview video.
Note: all public dissemination of research (abstracts, manuscripts, presentations) must receive approval from the VACS publications committee. Please visit m.yale.edu/vacs-pubs for more information.
