Bus Booking Form

Parents with Parent Portal Access:


  1. The bus booking fees must be paid VIA PARENTS PORTAL and the receipt number entered before submitting the form. Parent Portal link https://portal.wicv.net. The booking fees is $75 per family.
  2. Parents with overdue bus fees, must pay all overdue amounts before booking is submitted.


Parents without parent portal access ( New parents) :



Once the service is organized, you will be charged. The booking fees for bookings made by 29/11/2025 is $25, otherwise it will be $75.
