Transcript Articulation Evaluations are reviewed weekly, based on the admittance date. Processing for articulation is prioritized for current semesters in order of the admittance date, not the date a transcript was received. All other requests will be reviewed in the order of received. If a student has not been admitted, the student will need to check with our Admissions department about the status of the admit decision and any outstanding requirements. If all transcripts have not been submitted and/or an updated transcript is needed but has not been submitted, a hold will be placed and will not be cleared until the transcript has been received. If your request is for a current semester and you have been recently admitted, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If you are requesting articulation for an upcoming semester, review of requests for articulation for an upcoming semester will begin within 2-3 weeks of the current semester (i.e. Summer 2021 articulation will not begin until 2-3 weeks into the current Spring 2021 semester). Processing for upcoming semesters will then be processed in order of received. All transfer coursework may not be transferable or applicable to the program applied for. If you are requesting a reevaluation, please be aware that additional documentation may be requested for specific coursework (i.e, course syllabi) or an updated transcript. If an updated transcript(s) was requested and has been submitted, we will review the reevaluation request in the order the request has been received.
