Intro to Tier 1 Training - 2 full days - 16 total hours

9/21/23 to 9/22/23, Valley Vision Center, 1st Floor

Learn about the RJ mindset and framework and utilize this new tool and skill in facilitating intro level circles such as check-ins. This training is for folks who want to support the facilitation of a Tier 1 community building circle. Max Capacity - 30 people.

Tier 1 Facilitation Training - 3 full days - 24 total hours

9/18/22 to 9/20/22, Valley Vision Center, 1st Floor

Learn about the RJ mindset and framework. This training is for folks who have foundational facilitation skills, and want to come out of this course ready to design and lead Tier 1 community building circles. Max Capacity - 30 people.
