Reimbursement - After the course(s) are complete, this requests Krispy Kreme to reimburse the employee.

Official Transcript showing final grade(s) is REQUIRED. Transcript must include employee's name, quarter/semester, course description(s) and grade(s).

Payment Documentation

A receipt showing Educational Institution name, employee name, and proof of payment amount is REQUIRED.

Signed Agreement

A signed Educational Reimbursement Program Agreement is REQUIRED. The Educational Reimbursement Program Agreement can be found on myHotLight Human Resources page.
