  1. Poster with cover letter including the following (one-page max, double-spaced):
  2. Significance of the research project
  3. Importance of disseminating results
  4. Implications of the results on practice
  5. Budget (one-page max, double spaced):
  6. Detailed breakdown of how the funds will be used
  7. Justification for use of the funds and confirmation that no other sources of support are available
  8. Brief letter of support from research committee
