Global Golisano Health Leadership Awards

In late 2025, Special Olympics will honor seven individuals/organizations with the Global Golisano Health Leadership Award. One will be selected from each Special Olympics Region.

Please nominate ONE (1) person or organization for the Global Golisano Health Leadership Award by 30 November 2024.

  2. Complete the document, and upload it at the bottom of this form.

Please attach all of the following:


  • Nomination packet. The nomination must have approval from:
  • President/Director or Board Chair of national/state SO Program
  • Local Athlete leader
  • Special Olympics Regional Office


  • For individuals: a biography and photo of the nominee
  • For organizations: a description and a logo for the nominee
