Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) have the opportunity to request a reconsideration of their Scholarship application decision if there has been a change in personal circumstances.

Directions:

• Complete all required fields of the Reconsideration Request Form
• Provide an explanation of the change of circumstance and attach supporting documentation

Requests must be submitted by the Reconsideration Program Deadline:

• Pauahi Keiki Scholars & Kipona scholarship - 30 days from notification
