The Cisco.com User ID (CCO ID) is different from the Cisco Testing ID (CSCO #), CCIE # and Contact ID. If you look up your contact information in Partner Self Service, you will find the Cisco.com User ID in the details section of Partner Self Service right above the "Added On" field. For Cisco employees, typically this is the beginning of your email address without the @Cisco.com domain.

 
 
 
 
 
 

For the FE role: please view the Process to Receive Cisco Fire Jumper Field Engineer Certificate to ensure you are attaching all required information to expedite certificate issuance.

For the Sales and SE roles: Please attach completion certificates for Stage 1, Stage 2 Core (Duo, Umbrella, Firewall, Deep Dive on SAFE), and your three chosen Electives for Stage 2.
