• I understand and agree that by submitting this form, my child is not guaranteed a space in the program until I receive confirmation.
• I understand and agree that if my child is enrolled in the program, I will be responsible for paying a $50 nonrefundable processing fee by June 1, 2025.
• I understand and agree that if my child is enrolled in the program, I will be responsible for paying a nonrefundable $200 per child/day registration fee by June 1, 2025. I understand this amount will roll towards my child's tuition for the year.
