The personal data captured in this form is to contact you in the event that your activity is chosen to be showcased by the Scouts. The personal data will not be shared outside of the Scouts without your consent. Where your activity does not personally identify individuals and is suitably anonymous we may share this with the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM).

The personal details provided will be retained for 1 year so that we can come back to you with any queries on the activity and potentially showcase it.

All data is held securely in the Scouts digital file systems, including this form provided by SmartSheet.
