This form must be completed by all hauliers who require continued access to Coillte’s systems for the purpose of timber removal. This form must also be used when you wish to update your Company Name within Coillte's system. Please note: 1. Haulage Licence: All hauliers accessing Coillte’s systems must have a haulage licence. 2. Company Tachograph Card: Submitting a Company Tachograph Card is not a mandatory Coillte requirement. However, if you choose to use ORBCOMM's Tachograph Management service you are required to submit the Company Tachograph Card. Fit-Out Process in Brief Step 1: Trimble Set-Up Forms - To ensure continued access to Coillte's systems for the purpose of timber removal and to commence the Fit-Out Process, you are asked to complete all necessary forms. Trimble are available to provide guidance on the process before and after as necessary. Step 2: E-Signing of PPA - Upon confirmation from Trimble that the Trimble Set-Up Forms are validated, Coillte Haulage Distribution will issue the PPA for e-signing. The e-signing process requires 3 clicks and about 30 seconds to complete via Smartphone/Office computer. Step 3: ORBCOMM Fit-Out Scheduling - Upon confirmation from Coillte Haulage Distribution that the PPA has been e-signed, ORBCOMM will be in contact to schedule the fit-out in two phases. Phase 1: ORBCOMM will confirm the hardware required with you and agree the address the telematics equipment will be delivered to. Hauliers will be asked to confirm the receipt of the equipment. Phase 2: Upon confirmation that the equipment has been recieved, ORBCOMM will confirm the fit-out schedule with you. Company Name Change process in brief - Once you submit this form, having identified that you wish to update your company name, Coillte will be in touch with you to proceed with signing the Project Participation Agreement (under your new company name). - After the PPA has been signed, Trimble Forestry and Orbcomm will be in contact with you to implement the proposed name change Coillte's and Orbcomm's databases.
