IgnatianQ Conference 2025

Call for Programs Form

Loyola Marymount University is honored to be hosting and celebrating the 11th annual gathering of IgnatianQ in Los Angeles, California. The Conference Leadership Committee invites you to submit proposals to lead workshops or presentations for #IGNATIANQ25 .


The call for programs for General Breakout Sessions and all other program types will be open with proposals due on Sunday, December 15th at 11:59pm Pacific Time. No submissions will be accepted after that date. Program decisions will be shared in early January.

Call for Programs

The Conference Leadership Committee is looking to offer a rich and diverse offering of presentations that relate directly to our Conference’s theme of Queera Personalis or our focus areas of intersectionality, integration of Ignatian spirituality, queer belonging, and anchored in aspects of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. IgnatianQ is committed to being intentional and working to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our conference programming.


Submission Requirements

To submit a proposal for consideration, the following information must be completed by the submission deadline using the following form:


  • Session title and description
  • Presenters' names, job titles and organizations, if applicable
  • Recommended presentation format
  • Clearly stated purpose and objectives
  • Intended audience
  • Program abstract
  • Questions on integration of Ignatian spirituality and marginalized identities
  • Accessibility needs


Individuals may submit as many proposals as they wish, but the committee reserves the right to ensure a diverse group of presenters and topics are available throughout the conference.


As the primary submitter, you will serve as the corresponding presenter and receive all emails about this submission at the address you provide. Be sure to obtain agreement from all co-presenters to be listed as contributors to the presentation.
