The Evaluation team supports questions and issues relating to the implementation of the One45 platform, which now houses grade, evaluation, and curricular data.

To help prioritize and manage these effectively, please complete the following form describing the problem in detail. If you are experiencing multiple problems, please complete a new form for each.

A member of the team will address it as soon as possible. The typical turnaround time for these requests is 48 hours, and based on urgency. We appreciate your patience.
