O2X Specialist Handbook - Digital Copy

The O2X Specialist Handbook provides key information about O2X, the groups we work with, and tips and tricks we have learned along the way. Reading through the handbook will be a key to your success as a member of the O2X team. You will receive a hard copy of the handbook along with your O2X gear and additional information upon successful completion of your onboarding process. Until then, please read through the below highlights and confirm your understanding of each section.

Compensation Information & Process

Please carefully read the below information, as it pertains to the expectations and SOP's for your work with O2X. Speaker Fees are sent out the week of the workshop. If there is ever a discrepancy between the received amount, and what was expected/agreed upon, please reach out to Operations@O2X.com immediately. At the end of each workshop, you will receive a reminder email to submit relevant travel expenses for your work with O2X. Please submit all expenses that require reimbursement in the below form. This can be done on either a computer OR your mobile phone. **REQUESTS** 1) We ask that all expenses are provided with a copy, photo, or screenshot, of a receipt (email or paper) to be considered a valid expense. 2) In entering your total reimbursement amount, please ensure that the number accurately reflects the sum of all receipt amounts. 3) We ask that all expenses are provided within 5 days of your engagement. This allows us to provide reimbursement for all specialists in a timely manner.
