We will do our very best to accommodate all requests. If timing or scope are concerns, we will work with the requestor to find a solution that works for all parties. Please note, if you choose a weekend as a deadline, the team will default to the next working day.

I agree to return the equipment by the agreed-upon date and time and will promptly notify the designated representative in the Marketing and Communications Department of any delays or issues. I understand that my unit/department will be financially liable for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs while the equipment is in my possession.
