2023 Mobile Key Property Profile Page Update (EMEA)

Utilize this form to provide an update on your Mobile Key deployment and plan. As previously communicated, Mobile Key is now a portfolio-wide brand standard and all hotels will be required to be live with Mobile Key by July 1, 2021. All hotels must have Mobile Key certified RFID with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) installed from an approved lock vendor to activate Mobile Key. Beginning in 2023, Mobile Key compliance will be a part of the Brand Standard Audit.


**NOTE: Lock Systems are intended to be replaced every 10 years. This project continues to be significantly impacted by global supply chain issues. A number of components, such as lock hardware, encoders, programmers, lock servers, switches, and firewalls can all be impacted. Please ensure you begin this project to allow at least 6 months for delivery for all components to avoid negative impacts caused by a failing lock system. Beyond 10 years, lock systems are likely to start experiencing failures if extended beyond this timeline.**

Select the month that you intend to go live with Mobile Key. You will begin deployment 3-6 months PRIOR to the intended go live month. If you already have RFID/BLE locks, you are required to activate Mobile Key as soon as possible.

Select the lock vendor you will be installing RFID/BLE locks with. If you are changing lock vendors, select the NEW lock vendor. Note: These 3 are the ONLY approved lock vendors. If you select "Other" you will be contacted by Above Property Leadership to address this.
