Exhibitor Booth Request

AME Roundup 2026 will be taking place from January 26 - 29, 2026 at the Vancouver Convention Centre East.


This is a request application only. You will be contacted if and when additional booth spaces are available for purchase.

Have you exhibited at AME Roundup before?

All exhibiting companies must renew or purchase their 2026 AME Corporate Membership to participate in the AME Roundup 2026 Exhibit Hall. Corporate Memberships are invoiced separately.


If payment is not received, your booth space may be forfeited and reallocated. Membership must be acquired under the name of the exhibiting company only.

Each 10ft x 10ft booth included:

  • Drape (8’ high black back wall drape & 3’ high black sidewall drape)
  • 750-watt power outlet
  • 2’ x 6’ covered and skirted table (1)
  • Padded chairs (2)
  • 24-hour peripheral security
  • Complimentary conference passes


Prices are subject to change.

Your booths will be adjacent to each other. Example: if you want 3 booths, your total space will be 10ft x 30ft. Booth inclusions will be multiplied by the number of booths purchased.

Half day rentals start at $1200 + GST.


Rooms available are intended for groups of 10+ and can be used for meetings, breakfasts, receptions and more.


All rentals include a basic AV package, including a screen, podium and microphone. Please contact bnobleman@amebc.ca for more information.
