Approved Supplier Submission

To better support our volunteer community and reduce current steps required when booking events, CSSC have created an Approved Supplier List.


If a supplier is on the Approved Supplier List CSSC head office will contact them for up to date documentation.

If an event is already pending approval or will soon be added to nutickets DO NOT use this form. Please complete the Risk Review Form. You can request addition to the Approved Supplier List via the risk review process.


Only suppliers which are used, at a minimum, annually will be added to the Approved Supplier List.


Supplier documentation required:

  • Travel/Coach - Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessment
  • Sport/Leisure Low Risk - Public Liability Insurance
  • Sport/Leisure High Risk - Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessment
