2025 Fall Festival Vendor Application

It is our pleasure to welcome you to our annual Massanutten Fall Festival on Saturday, October 11, 2025 from 11:30 am until 5:30 pm. The proceeds of this event will benefit the McGaheysville Fire and Rescue Squads. The attendance for this event is approximately 2,500 people.


Please fill out this Vendor Form if you intend on participating for 2025. Spots are on a first come, first served basis.


The 2025 vendor fee is $100 per 12x12 space. **Payment link will be sent out once you are approved to be a vendor** Vendor spots are not guaranteed until payment has been made. Payments must be made no later than October 5th, 2025.


Massanutten Fall Festival offers no exclusives, all vendors will have the same opportunity to sell their products.


Massanutten Fall Festival requires that all vendors remain set up and open during festival hours.


Massanutten Fall Festival reserves the right to reassign booth spaces. If reassignment is necessary, vendor will be notified as soon as possible.


All vendors (including returning vendors) must submit photographs of work along with the application.


All vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, and chairs. This is a 12x12 outdoor grassy area located at the base of the ski slopes. Please bring weights and stakes to secure your tent. All tents must be no larger than 12x12 and have to be secured properly. Vendors will be responsible for the set up and tear down of their area. There will be no additional Massanutten staff to help with these duties.
