Water conservation rebates are available to all Whatcom County single family homes that do not reside within City of Bellingham city limits. City of Bellingham water customers can find rebates through the City's Water Use Efficiency Rebate Project page. Only one rebate is available per property per calendar year. Rebates are available for:

High-efficiency toilets: Up to a $100 rebate is available for replacing non-efficient toilets with WaterSense labeled high-efficiency toilets.

WaterSense-labeled irrigation controllers: Up to a $75 rebate for installing a WaterSense labeled weather or soil moisture-based controller.

High-efficiency clothes washers: Up to a $100 rebate is available for replacing a non-efficient clothes washer with an ENERGY STAR qualified clothes washer.
