Responses should reflect high-level feedback from your location's stakeholders. Responses are due by April 5, 2024 and will be incorporated into our kickoff event on April 12th.

These surveys should not be shared with bargaining unit members and should only be distributed to individuals who are involved in management or supervision of bargaining unit members.
