If you are the head coach of more than one participant team in the Alliance Cup, or should you have a special circumstance that you'd like us to try and work around, we ask that you complete the below form.

There is no guarantee that we will be able to resolve your listed coaching conflicts, but we will do our best to accommodate you provided that we know of your issues by the deadline of Monday, May 12th at 10:00pm.

All coaches should take the time between application to the event and kick-off to make sure they have an assistant coach available should a conflict arise, or be unsolvable.
