Some things to consider when filling in the form -


  • Submit your booking request as far in advance as possible to enable us to be able to understand your requirement, check availability, issue your estimate for review & once accepted your relevant invoice for payment.
  • Depending on the type of booking being made, we may require you to provide additional information or documentation. In these cases, we will hold your booking as provisional, pending receipt and review.
  • Hire charges are calculated based on the space, when the hire is taking place, the type of organisation arranging the hire or any additional equipment or services you require. Please therefore complete the form as fully as possible to enable us to understand your hire.
  • When considering the time required for your hire it is essential you allow for any set up or clearing away time by yourself & any other third-party suppliers of services.
  • We may contact you by telephone or e-mail before issuing your Estimate if we feel we need to clarify any aspects of your booking request.

You can see examples of our Venues on our website. If you're not sure tick all of the areas you may be interested in. If you're necessary we can arrange a visit to view the spaces.

This helps us understand more about how you plan to use the space, please include detail of any third party suppliers or caterers you plan to use. If we need any more information or clarification we will contact you.

If so, please note there is an additional nominal cleaning charge to cover our costs.

Addditional equipment or services?

We'll discuss the detail with you together with pricing & any security deposit that my be required. If it's purely the empty space you require just tick the last option.

For events which include use of technical equipment, you may wish to have a member of our team onsite to ensure your event runs smoothly. This service includes a duty phone number that you can call at any point throughout your hire duration. Fees apply for this service and will be detailed in your estimate.
