Note: NetGalley will also email you your reports at the end of the month. If you opt out of getting notifications, you'll need to manually download your reports.

This is the date you would like your title uploaded to NetGalley. For soonest available, put today's date. You might also want to set this date to the day before you want your title to go live so that you have time to finalize your listing. And remember, uploads are done Monday - Friday, barring holidays, vacation, or illness. Please keep in mind that there is one person doing uploads. We do not guarantee uploads on a specific day, though we do try our best.


NOTE: Your month starts the day we upload, regardless of whether your title is live, so please make SURE this is the date you want. You can choose any date you like—it doesn't have to be the first of the month.

Audiobook Details

NO DASHES OR SPACES. This should be a 13-digit NUMBER. An ASIN will not work. If you need a random number generated, put a zero in the field.


NOTE: A number I generate is not an actual ISBN, it's merely a database ID for NetGalley. Also, be aware that a random 13-digit number will not have working buy links for B&N and Bookshop.org when your title archives.

This cannot be used in place of an ISBN for a Netgally ID, but Netgalley will try to use this when linking your title to Amazon.

Do NOT try to upload or email your full audiobook file. Paste a link to where you have it available in cloud storage such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Zoho Workdrive, etc. Formatting of your audobook for NetGalley is very specific. Please see 👉 this article on NetGalley 👈 and make sure that your file complies with their instructions.


Note: The maximum file size for audiobooks, per NetGalley, is 1 GB.

✔️ Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter graphics if you have them. If not, we'll post your cover and the link to your title.
