Policy Statement*

By renting equipment, I agree that equipment is in good condition and accept responsibility for paying a replacement cost if the equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or not returned. I acknowledge that my CRC access may be suspended a the discretion of the CRC professional staff if a replacement fee is charged and not paid.

I accept responsibility for the above mentioned equipment rentals and will pay the stated replacement/late fees in the event the equipment is not returned or is returned damaged.

Daily Rental Fees can be found at https://crc.gatech.edu/services/rentals/equipment

Your confirmation and payment total will be emailed to you by the Facilities Coordinator, at ophillips30@gatech.edu within 48 hours of your request.

To rent and return equipment, please visit the Member Services desk inside the CRC. Your equipment will be brought to you at the Member Services desk. Upon return, please bring the equipment to the Member Services desk and payment will be made (if necessary) after an inspection of the equipment.
