APR HPFP Order Form

Please fill out the following form and package your HPFP for shipping to APR. Be sure to print a copy and include it in the box and keep a copy of your submission for your records. Failure to include your order for will delay your order and may require us to return the pump to sender. WARNING! Your OEM Fuel Pump is extremely fragile. Please take extra precaution to package it properly. APR recommends wrapping the unit in multiple layers of bubble wrap and placing it in the middle of a box with static bags to prevent it from contacting the sides of the box. If a fuel pump arrives damaged there is no way for APR to replace or rebuild damaged parts and a new pump will then have to be purchased.
