The purpose of this application is to begin the process of naming or renaming a road.


This form provides the council with your contact information and details about your road naming application..


All road naming applicants are required to read and comply with the Whakatane District Council's Road Naming and Property Addressing Policy (link below)


Following receipt of your application a Council staff member will be in contact to discuss your application and the process.
