In accordance with MCC’s Privacy Notice, a copy of which is available here Privacy Notice | Lord's, MCC shall process any personal information provided by you for the purposes of your child’s application for the Lord’s Youth Programme 2025/26.

Any personal data provided as part of the application which may include special category data shall be kept for (i) no longer than is necessary; (ii) as long as MCC has your/your child’s explicit consent to hold and process this data; and (iii) your child is part of the Lord’s Youth Programme 2025/26.

MCC will ensure that personal information is kept secure and safe. Access to stored information will be restricted to staff involved in the processing of applications for the Lord’s Youth Programme 2025/26. You / your child are entitled to receive a copy of your personal information held by MCC on request and to correct any inaccuracies in it.
