As part of The FA's commitment to addressing the under representation of Black, Asian and Mixed Heritage referees, more opportunities are accessible now than ever before.

To support football being truly a game for all, FA Refereeing and Bedfordshire FA are delighted to offer bursaries for Black, Asian and Mixed Heritage communities across our most popular FA Refereeing Courses. The initiative is aligned to the FA Refereeing Strategy to wider goal of helping to increase referee recruitment from historically underrepresented ethnic communities.

The Get Into Refereeing event will provide a unique platform to discuss the opportunities and benefits of starting a career in refereeing. We will see high profile names from refereeing attend the event sharing their personal stories of achieving success, whilst providing key advice and guidance to aspiring referees and those with an interest in knowing more about the profession.

This event is for people of all backgrounds but will target those from

historically underrepresented ethnic communities.
