The AFP events team will reach out to attendees requesting Halal or Kosher meals 60 days before the conference. Attendees requesting a special meal are required to respond and confirm their special needs and the location where their meals should be delivered within 7 business days, or the request will be removed from their registration record.

AFP will provide the convention center with all special meal requests thirty (30) days prior to the conference. AFP cannot guarantee that special meal requests made 20 days prior to the conference will be accommodated.

I acknowledge that by selecting that I will attend one of the industry roundtables on Monday or Tuesday, I will have to select with roundtable and notify rmurphy@afponline.org which roundtable I will be attending so my special meal is available in that room . If I do not notify AFP, my meal will be available in the exhibit hall.
