Offer an external perspectivespending 3 to 4 hrs reviewing course content from a broader viewpoint, focusing on usability, clarity, and alignment with the learning objectives. External reviewers assess the effectiveness of course delivery for diverse audiences and provide feedback on the structure and presentation. Mininimal changes to content are made at this point.
