This nomination is for a three-year term of elected office on the Board of Directors (BOD) of The Heartland Kidney Network/ESRD Network 12, covering the states of Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska.
• Term begins January 1, 2018
• Term Ends December 31, 2020
The Board of Directors (BOD) is the primary administrative committee of Heartland Kidney Network. The BOD members use their expertise to direct all activities of Network 12, including oversight of contract budget, and activities of the Medical Review Board and Patient Advisory Committee.
The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, November 24, 2017
Transplant Nephrologist (1 needed)--Nominee can be from any state (Missouri, Kansas, Iowa or Nebraska)
As a nominee, please include a personal statement, briefly staying your reasons for seeking election to the Board of Directors. Be sure to include information on your current position, credentials, and work experiences.
NOTE: Nominees for the Board of Directors MUST HAVE prior volunteer experience on a Network board or committee.
